You can customize the OpenShift Container Platform web console to set a custom logo, product name, links, notifications, and command line downloads. Procedure for Custom Notification Banners
- Login to webconsole using Admin credentials
- From Administration => Custom Resource Definition, click on ConsoleNotification link
- Select Instances tab
- Click Create Console Notification and edit the file and Save the changes
