It would definitly revolutionalize query processing: assuming Oracle delivers SEMANTIC QUERY OPTIMIZATION at the same time....
Very probably not though.

It might be support (at the storage) level for the transrelational model. It hyped a few years ago, but then suddenly disappeared from stage. It&#039;s a radical concept on which Chris Date has already written a book. But is not allowed to publish yet....
