What kind of Error did you encounter? What is TOra-specific or related to creating a connection to the Database? Did you try <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/tora/" target="_blank" >SourceForge</a> to find a solution for your problem? Hopefully the SourceForge-link can help you on the way.
